Syls entertain Bredagh fro Co Down

U16 Hurling: Syls 4-15 Bredagh (Co. Down) 5-15 An entertaining game played in Broomfield against a well run Belfast club who were in Dublin for the 2 games in Croke Park. Since a lot of lads are unavailable due to the Junior & Leaving Certs we fielded an experimental side with a mixture of under 15s/16s and first year minors back-boning the team. For the second week in a row we had a couple of under 14s competing very well in under 16 friendly games. Well done to Jordan Lawless and Philip Browne.
