Nursery took a day off to visit SantaSanta took a long list from nearly150 players from Syls Nursery at the club on Saturday. Syls victorius in Croke ParkSt. Sylvesters Malahide U-8 Football team showed the Dubs how to do it, beating Kildare team Johnstownbridge in the Go Games Tournament held at Croke Park on 2nd July. This was a day that the 10 players and their families will never forget, from arriving on the team coach, to togging out in the dressing rooms, running out the tunnel, warming up in front of the Hill and going on to give an exhibition of football on the immaculate surface of Croke Park. Read Ciaran's message below. Under 8 Hurling Mar28thThe Under 8 Hurlers continued their development with an excellent win over Round Towers of Lusk early Saturday morning at Malahide Castle. While a bitter North wind chilled the many spectators, the youngsters showed little sign of the cold as they set about their opponents from the start. All coming together at U8Syls Under 8 footballers continued their campaign with a hard earned but deserved win away to Whitehall Colmcille on Saturday. This was our 3rd win in a row with only St. Vincents in the first game of the season getting the better of us. Under 7's make their debutNext year's Under 8s made their St Sylvesters debut in the blue and green at Portmarnock on Saturday. Reports were that they fit the shirts well and will be a blue force to be reckoned with on the fields of Dublin and beyond. Under 9 football and hurling
