BASIC FIRST AID / CARDIAC FIRST RESPONSE
This course comprises of a basic first aid course, followed by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) Cardiac First Response (CFR) programme. The CFR includes initial assessment of a patient, providingt CPR and defibrillation with an AED and the FAST assessment for Strokes. Also the chain of survival, cardiac arrest, heart attack and foreign body airway obstructions in an adult, child or infant. All course materials are included in the price.

I have a list of upcoming workshop next week and early November – Also worth noticing is the workshop on the FETAC Course in Strength & conditioning for Gaelic Games. We are running a workshop just to give interested mentors & coaches a taste of what will be involved and what the course will entail. It is a great way of seeing if the course will be for them and how it can benefit your team /club.
