Notice of Annual General Meeting

 The Executive Committee of St Sylvester’s GAA Club hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of  the Club will be held on

 Thursday 22^nd April 2010, commencing 8.30 p.m.

at

 2 Church Road, Malahide

Notice of motions for the AGM and nominations of registered full members to serve as Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Communications Officer or as one of three ordinary committee members may be made by any two registered full members and must be submitted in writing to, and received by, the Secretary no later than Thursday 8^th April 2010. A nomination must be accompanied by the written consent of the nominee. Nomination forms are available on request from the Secretary.

Members are urged to volunteer for positions on the Executive Committee as there are likely to be a number of vacancies arising.

Nominations and motions received by the Secretary by Thursday 8^th April 2010 will be displayed prominently in the club premises and shall be made available to registered full members on request from Thursday 15^th April 2010. Copies of the minutes of the previous AGM, the Secretary’s report, audited accounts and sub-committee reports shall be made available to registered full members on request from Thursday 15^th April.

A large attendance at this important meeting is desirable and we are asking members to make a special effort to attend.
