U14 hurlers kick off with a win

U14 hurlers had a fine 3-09 to 1-06 win over Nmh Olaf in Sandyford in our first outing of the year. The win was built on a fine defensive display by Simon Owens, Thomas Colclough and Eoin Kennedy in goal and a tight full line of Jake Fricker, Gavin Mulligan and Ciaran Casey/Eric Ryan. Up front, Paul Ryan continues to improve, Colm Boran was flawless from frees and Sam Horan got an early goal and a smashing point.
