Fantastic U16 debut in Div1 hurling

St Sylvesters 3- 11 Lucan Sarsfields 1-6. On our first match out of the season and after being promoter to division one this year, we gave a fantastic display of hurling against a highly rated Lucan team.
All of our players were on top of the game from the very beginning
showing great skill all around, this together with determination, work
rate and never say die attitude gave us the result we deserved. Man of
the match must go to Mark Hazley who put in as fine a display of
hurling ever seen in Bridgefield.
